After having had our kitchen renovated by Impala and being very impressed with the quality and workmanship, we decided to use Impala to renovate our two bathrooms. I am pleased to say the bathroom renovation experience has been as hassle-free as the kitchen was. The workmanship is to a very high standard and the custom vanities are superb. The end result is our own “day spa” and one functional family bathroom. Again I would like to thank Impala for the quality work and great bathroom designs. We are over the moon !

Impala were fantastic to deal with. The tradespeople know their jobs and arrived on time. Impala took the stress out of renovating. Everyone I dealt with was polite and courteous. I cannot recommend the customer service more highly.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. All the tradesmen were extremely friendly, rang the night before and arranged a time, then arrived on time ! When the customer works this is essential ! The final product is wonderful as all the tradespeople showed enormous skill and pride in their workmanship. The quote I received included all the extras – there were no hidden costs and I was never encouraged to buy the dearest option.
